Refund & Returns Policy

This policy applies to all orders for Revixol food supplement placed through https://flushingexpel.world/, operated by Baymont Media Ltd.

1. Statutory Cooling-Off Period

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, implementing EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of the day you receive your goods - without giving any reason. This right applies to all consumers in the United Kingdom and European Union.

To exercise your right to cancel within 14 days, contact us at editorial@flushingexpel.world before the 14-day period expires, clearly stating your intention to cancel.

2. Our 30-Day Satisfaction Policy

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day satisfaction policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase of Revixol for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receipt and we will arrange a refund. This is our voluntary commitment and does not affect your statutory rights.

3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us at editorial@flushingexpel.world within the applicable period (14 days statutory / 30 days satisfaction policy).
  2. Include your name, order reference (if available), and reason for return.
  3. We will provide return instructions within 2 working days.
  4. Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method.

4. Return Condition

For statutory cancellations, items should be returned in their original condition where possible. Opened items may still be returned within the 14-day statutory period. Under our voluntary 30-day satisfaction policy, we accept returns regardless of whether the product has been opened.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Perishable goods that have been opened and used beyond a reasonable assessment period, and items returned after 30 days of receipt, are generally not eligible for a refund under our voluntary policy (statutory rights are unaffected).

6. Delivery Costs for Returns

For statutory 14-day cancellations, you are responsible for the cost of returning goods unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied, in which case we cover return costs. Under our voluntary 30-day satisfaction policy, we will advise on return arrangements on a case-by-case basis.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at editorial@flushingexpel.world. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
